    Placing an order is easy! Simply visit our website, choose the products you'd like to purchase, and follow the checkout process. You’ll need to provide your shipping details and select your payment method. Once completed, you will receive an email confirming your order.

    We accept the following payment methods: Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) PayPal Offline Payments (for customers who prefer to pay via checks or money orders; please contact us at sales@pittadorbrews.com to arrange this).
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method and your location. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We are looking into expanding to international shipping in the future.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Orders are processed promptly, and we are unable to cancel them once they’ve been confirmed. Please ensure that all order details are correct before completing the purchase.
  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
    Pittador Brews has a no-refund policy. All sales are final. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will send a replacement. We do not offer refunds for any reason.

    If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sales@pittadorbrews.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. We will provide you with a replacement product at no additional cost.

    If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@pittadorbrews.com. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address, and you will need to work with the carrier directly.
